Mobile verification protects both your account and your transactions. Before you purchase crypto on BTCEX with credit card, make sure that you’ve added your phone number to your BTCEX account.
1. Click [My Account] on the upper-right corner of the homepage.
2. Head to [Account Security Settings] > [Phone Number] and click [Enable].
3. Select your country code and enter your phone number.
4. Click [Send] to receive the verification code on your phone and enter the 6-digit code in the box.
5. Click [Send] to receive your email verification code.6. Check your email to receive the code.
Remember to check your spam folder as well in case you miss the code.
7. Input your Google Authenticator code below and click [Confirm].
8. Mobile verification is now enabled.
