It’s easy to buy crypto directly on BTCEX with credit card. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your BTCEX account and click [Buy Crypto] directly on the top bar.
2. You can also click [Deposit] under your nickname on the upper-right corner to enter the purchase page.
3. Then select [Buy Crypto].
4. Before purchase, please make sure that you’ve completed KYC verification and bound your phone number to your BTCEX account.
5. Select the fiat currency you would like to spend. Currently, BTCEX only accepts EUR and USD.
6. Enter the amount of money you would like to spend.
Please note that there is a purchase limit on the two fiat currencies. The minimum purchase amount is 100 USD/EUR, and the maximum purchase amount is 1,000 USD/EUR. Here we enter the minimum amount in USD as an example.
7. The type of crypto you would like to purchase is listed here. Currently, only USDT is available on BTCEX.
8. Check the purchase details on the right. Please note that the quotation here is for reference only, it is refreshed about every 10 seconds, and the actual amount is subject to the final settlement.
BTCEX does not directly participate in the deposit of fiat currency nor charge any fees. This process is handled by our third-party payment partners, who may charge a certain percentage of transaction fees as shown in the quotation.
9. Your payment method is listed below. Currently, BTCEX accepts crypto purchases with MasterCard.
10. After everything is checked, please read the disclaimer and tick the checkbox to confirm that you have read and agree to the disclaimer. Click [Confirm] to proceed.
11. Click [Confirm] to agree that you voluntarily share your account information, including personal information and identity verification.
Please rest assured that all the information is used to keep your account secure and to prepare for future payments, it will be kept safe.
12. Now you’re on the payment page provided by our payment gateway provider. TickMastercard and click [Confirm] to continue.
13. Please fill in your information accordingly and click [Pay] to complete the purchase.
14. Normally the cryptos you purchased will be directly credited to your BTCEX account after the payment is completed. Please check Purchase History for details.
Please note that the block network congestion or the response delay of the third-party platform may cause the arrival time to be extended to varying degrees. If the cryptos have not arrived in your account within 24 hours after the payment, please contact BTCEX online customer service for help.
