  1. Are there any trading fees?
There are no fees for using BTCEX Convert.
Live prices are quoted based on current market conditions. The quoted amount of assets shown is the actual amount of assets you will receive in your account once the conversion is executed.
  1. What are the benefits of using BTCEX Convert?
BTCEX Convert is a simple tool for you to buy or sell cryptocurrencies with just a few clicks without having to go through placing orders on the trading interface. You can simply and instantly convert your crypto assets anytime with a live price based on current market conditions with zero fees.
  1. What are the requirements to use the portal?
Please log in to your account(KYC0/KYC1/KYC2) to access BTCEX Convert functions (e.g. checking indicative prices / confirming trades).
  1. What are the minimum and maximum trade amounts?
The minimum convert amount must exceed 10 USDT equivalent. Maximum trade amounts will be dependent on the daily limitation and can be previewed before entering a trade amount.
  1. Where can I check my Convert history?
You may find this in Convert history within your account (Trade >> Convert >> Convert History) once you are logged in.
  1. How many trading tokens does BTCEX Convert support?
BTCEX Convert supports over 10 tokens, such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Their price details can be viewed on the Convert interface. More tokens convert will be supported in the future.
  1. What’s the daily limitation for BTCEX Convert?
The daily limitation for converting amounts is 30,000 USDT equivalent per user and can be previewed on the Convert interface.
  1. How do I get started using BTCEX Convert?
It takes just five simple steps, all of which can be completed in seconds, to complete a crypto deal on BTCEX Convert.
Step 1: Go to BTCEX Convert
>> On the BTCEX website, go to [Trade] on the top left part of the homepage, then choose [Convert].
>> On the BTCEX app, go to Home (the left option on the bottom part of your screen), then choose [Convert] at the top middle part of your screen.

Step 2: Select the wallet type(Spot Assets or Perpetual Assets), please confirm the token which you want to sell has available assets in the correct wallet.
Step 3: Select the token you have and the token you want to buy. You can choose to enter the number of tokens you want to use (on the left part) or the number of tokens you want to gain (on the right part).

Step 4: Click Preview Conversion. You will then see the price quote for the transaction you’re considering. You have 10 seconds to approve the quote shown to you and fulfill the deal. If the 10 seconds expire, click Refresh to get a new rate.
Step 5: Click Convert. The transaction takes less than a second, and you’ll see the crypto you bought in your Spot Assets or Perpetual Assets.
