On March 11th, 2022, at 1:00 PM UTC (9:00 PM UTC+8), we had an AMA session with Dejitaru Tsuka (TSUKA) in our Telegram chat at https://t.me/BTCEX_exchange. Our guests were Jefferson, Ivani & Elleteeh, Tsuka Sangha Community Members.
Guests Introduction
Jefferson: Hello! My name is Jefferson. TSUKA is a project secretly launched by Ryoshi. We aim to save DeFi by refurbishing what is set as standard tokenomics.
Elleteeh: G'morning everyone, I'm Elleteeh. I'm a community member of the Tsuka Sangha. I've been a part of the community since July 2022. Without going into full details, the TSUKA project is truly one of a kind and we will discuss the many layers that TSUKA brings to the table.
Ivani: Hello BTCEX fam, I'm Ivani, a TSUKA community member and I'm glad to be here to introduce you guys to TSUKA.
Here are the essential points of the AMA session:
Segment 1: Introduction
Question 1: What about TSUKA’s tokenomics make it superior to others?
Ivani: There is no developer or any allocated team tokens, nor was there any presale. This gives investors added security knowing that a team isn’t waiting to dump on them, and overall helps prevent insider manipulation. Due to these factors, including the fact that there is no centralized enterprise behind TSUKA, the project does not satisfy the criteria of the Howey Test, and cannot ever be classified as a security.
Jefferson: TSUKA was launched with no pre-sale and no allocated team tokens. Every TSUKA token that’s ever been bought has been bought fairly at market. There are no team members waiting in the wings who got free TSUKA to DUMP on new investors. No tax on transactions. Pure tokenomics.
Ivani: This kind of authentic tokenomics setup is extremely rare. You have projects pretending to use this model, but it's usually not long before the reality transpires.
Question 2: What does the community do to incorporate the meditation aspect?
Jefferson: The community invites trained professionals to commune live meditation sessions 1-2 times a week on TG or Twitter spaces- we have our Golden Light meditation tomorrow on Twitter spaces. Please stop by- this one is particularly amazing. Great start to the week.
Elleteeh: From early on, the community has included several core members with extensive experience in meditation, mindfulness and holistic well-being, as well as important spiritual traditions. Following Ryoshi’s guidance, they played a key role in developing the Sangha’s lore, rituals and practice, establishing meditation and universal ethics as a pillar of TSUKA and the Tsuka Sangha’s identity, the basis of how we all work on self-improvement, interact among ourselves and with the world at large. Meditation, mindfulness and an understanding of our mission, how we can build an unstoppable community and exercise our collective power for the greater good, all play a key role in nurturing the attitudes and patient approach necessary to benefit from a long term, growth oriented project such as TSUKA. More recently, the community started inviting trained instructors to lead guided meditations weekly on Twitter Spaces and in the Telegram group.
Question 3: How to follow TSUKA on social media?
Question 4: What keeps people hodling TSUKA?
Elleteeh: There are so many reasons to HODL TSUKA. For starters, it’s the only token in the market that’s been recognized by many as being Ryoshi’s new project. Ryoshi being Shiba Inu’s creator, and considering SHIB’s unprecedented success in 2021, this is incredibly bullish.
TSUKA is also the leading NEW “memecoin” (or community token), having been launched in one of the worst crypto market environments in History. It’s got the perfect lineage, the perfect story, the best mystery, it’s entirely unique in every way, including its own brand and IP. TSUKA is a Dragon, not another dog coin like every “memecoin” in the Top 10.
Another reason to hold and contribute to the Tsuka Sangha’s growth mission is the incredible conviction displayed by most Sangha members, including OGs and large holders. Finally, the community itself is uniquely positive and supportive, very different from most cutthroat crypto microcosms, and counts a very high proportion of free thinkers and very diverse people aligned around a vision of reforming DeFi and creating a fairer, and safer space for all. It’s all about restoring the magic of crypto, and the immense hope that came with the advent of bitcoin, that we the people can fight back against centralized, corrupt institutions and together build a sovereign cyberspace on healthy foundations.
Jefferson: TSUKA is where Ryoshi’s dream and vision is coming to life. Decentralization is a key aspect. When you compare TSUKA to other memecoins, it’s stunning.
Question 5: Current Holder Count?
Ivani: There are 11,575 on chain holder wallets so far, with very strong continuous holder growth, and an industry leading engagement to holder ratio in social media. The TSUKA community has made more noise than any other during the last 10 months or so, taking the message to more and more people everyday.
Segment 2: Questions from Twitter
Question 1 from Twitter user @lukasduong1: What are the competitive advantages of your project? What advantages do you have over competitors? What would be your project's most similar contender in the market today in terms of scalability, security, features, and adaptability?
Ivani: First and foremost, what separates TSUKA from its competitors is the fact that it is a commodity. Due to its fair launch with no pre-sale, and lack of central enterprise driving project innovation, it can never be deemed a security by government regulators. The most similar project to TSUKA is #BTC, which is why many people have deemed TSUKA as “BTC on Ethereum”. It’s a commodity backed by the Internet’s engine and fuel: communities!
When regulations come, TSUKA does NOT satisfy the Howey Test, just like $BTC. It’s likely that money will flow to “safer” commodities like TSUKA and more investors and exchanges will look for adopting a token that is free from being subpoenaed by any government entity.
Also, the purity of the tokenomics, without any exploitative gimmick whatsoever, and the renounced contract is what sets this apart from practically every project in the entire space. The dev has proven to be selfless and wrote a contract that is free from greed. It is written and passed on for the community to fulfill its potential to be a truly decentralized cryptocurrency solely for the masses.
Jefferson: Imo regulation would be a good thing, that way oppressive government entities actually have rules to abide by. TSUKA is a commodity and not a security. When regulations come, it will be under guidance of the CFTC, not the SEC. There is no one to sue at TSUKA, no entity to liquidate. We do not satisfy the terms of the Howey test. We are Ryoshi and we are decentralized.
Ivani: Frankly, TSUKA stands alone in this market. There is no credible competitor. All new memecoins use old, tired tricks, like burns, inflationary staking, etc. Almost all of them are dog coins, which are Dogecoin derivatives. Though TSUKA has inspired many projects already, it’s pretty much the only one that’s leading an authentic “community first” effort.
Question 2 from Twitter user @bharnew27: In the event of a major market downturn, how does being a renounced coin impact the project's ability to maintain liquidity and price stability, and what measures are in place to mitigate any potential losses or risks to investors?
Ivani: The whole community is optimizing for growth now, to build an unstoppable base, then both the design and concept of the TSUKA ecosystem will spring from the community, and any development will be entrusted to community members, to avoid some of the failings we’ve seen with many VC-backed DAOs, or hijacked community projects like SHIB.
Elleteeh: TSUKA having a renounced contract invites trust into the project, because users know that the developer can never change the pure, taxless contract as written. As the project develops, projects are pairing with TSUKA, increasing its stability and liquidity. The project being fully diluted, and lack of allocated team tokens mitigates risk for any serious downturn. If one person sells, two people are already buying. Awareness and accessibility is what will drive the continued momentum. This point in time will be remembered- we are still only at less than 12,000 holders. Imagine where we will be when TSUKA is listed everywhere.
The renounced contract plays a major factor because there will never be any further manipulation that could possibly blindside any investors last minute. Any investments whether in stocks or crypto comes with risk to any investor. However, TSUKA is the safest commodity in the space because of the tokenomics that prevent any individual or team from being able to rug the entire project overnight or even dump any excess tokens on the community. The contract is a protection of itself. It is forever set at 1 billion tokens, fully diluted + circulating, and most importantly all community members purchased fairly on the market. Nothing was freely given at inception. As the community continues to expand and grow, it is nearly impossible to be affected by any tokens sold by a whale due to the amount of holders readily available to absorb and accumulate more tokens. Since the inception of the token on the blockchain, this has the most organic and realistic growth while navigating through a bear market. TSUKA continues to quietly build one of the most creative, like-minded, radiating positive communities in the entire space. That in itself shows how a united community that shares one common goal can ease any concerns of price or losses.
Question 3 from Twitter user @lyngel27: I heard rumors that the developer of TSUKA is Ryoshi, the owner of the meme coin Shiba project, so is the rumor true that the founder of TSUKA is Ryoshi? If not, who is the real founder of TSUKA, Anonymous or open to everyone?
Jefferson: We encourage everyone to find the answer on their own. However
We in the TSUKA community fervently believe that the developer of TSUKA is Ryoshi, and for good reasons. TSUKA was launched on May 26, 2022. 2 days later on May 28th, the developer sent a message on the blockchain that said, “ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THREE”. This is the death year of Milarepa, a legendary Buddhist Disciple. Finally, on May 30th, @RyoshiResearch deleted all of his medium articles, all posts from Twitter, and changed his profile picture to Milarepa. TSUKA is a cipher of Tsangyon Heruka, Milarepa’s biographer. TSUKA launching the front-ran Ryoshi’s PFP change.
Also, by verifying the creation date of the website. You can compare when https://shibatoken.com/ & https://www.dejitaruTSUKA.io/ had their website launched. It will coincide with the token creation on the blockchain. This has significant meaning, because the TSUKA website was launched 2 days prior to the token being launched on the blockchain on May 26th. Both were created prior to the PFP change on @RyoshiResearch Twitter account on May 30th to Milarepa. The logic and breadcrumbs are all leading indicators that this was all deliberate and a true masterpiece set to unfold by Ryoshi.
However, let’s play devil’s advocate and say it was not Ryoshi. It does not change anything regarding what TSUKA represents. As mentioned earlier, the tokens’ contract is forever written and set in stone. There is no further tampering nor manipulating because it was renounced. Anyone can go to Etherscan and read the contract and see how a simple token can prove to be so powerful. With the main focus of reaching others to spread the good news of positivity, peace, love, and meditation in a space and universe that desperately needs it; we can see how it brings the balance and focus of investing and meditating into one. That message will stand the test of time and be supported by the formula of perfect tokenomics, community, and passion for meditation of inner peace. The motion is already set with TSUKA regardless if there is a dev or not.
That said, we encourage everyone to watch the community documentary: https://youtu.be/Ddckrr1VWWE
Question 4 from Twitter user @dnggiaphong2: I know that a few months ago TSUKA caused a stir among all crypto kids, including me because the project was very hype and it attracted a lot of people. So would you bring the project back for the hype again?
Ivani: Since its launch, TSUKA has been on the radar of some of the most influential people in the crypto space, including Bitlord, Wizz, and Tubba. All of this, without any compensation. No influencer was paid to hype it at launch. Many of the people who’ve been standing with us have bought their own tokens out of sheer vision and conviction that TSUKA is the one, the obvious favorite for the new cycle.
However, hype is not what TSUKA is going for. The sangha is united as one and focused on educating those in the crypto space or wanting to enter the crypto world, but are fearful of being scammed. The focus is to help others understand that you can invest in a token that has a community that is active and not always focused on just the price action or charts, but rather also on how to become better as individuals and finding peace in a world full of turmoil. This community that we call the sangha, continues to strike a fine balance of spreading positive vibes while facilitating the newcomers who have yet come to an understanding of what TSUKA represents.
When you come into any of the TSUKA socials like the Telegram or Discord, you can quickly get a feel for the environment and people that you interact with. At the end of the day, everyone wants to make money. However, there’s a right way to go about it and with a community focused on educating others how TSUKA essentially is not your typical pump and dump token, but a community of loyal and dedicated individuals who are all in it for the long haul. TSUKA is the one. All while, we stay engaged and learn from one another in all walks of life. That is why there is “hype” to begin with, but the reality is TSUKA awakens the inner peace of our hearts and minds. That is what keeps us coming back for more.
That being said, there is no doubt that massive new waves of awareness are coming for TSUKA. Very early on, TSUKA got organic journalistic coverage by major mainstream publications - like the Guardian, Yahoo Finance, The Daily Express, etc. It was mentioned alongside DOGE, SHIB, BTC and ETH. We fully expect the media to take note again, as we keep growing, and we think TSUKA will be a globally recognized household name by 2025. There is simply no more powerful brand and message in any emerging cryptocurrency.
Question 5 from Twitter user @jaki73364096: Can you tell us about the market pie you are trying to conquer, your competitors and your SWOT analysis for your offerings? What sectors that your team are disrupting now?
Elleteeh: TSUKA is marked as a meme coin by crypto Twitter, whereas Gate.io marks it as a DeFi protocol. TSUKA is already more decentralized and evenly distributed than Doge, Shib, and others. The dragon is already ahead of its entire sector for any token launched during the bear market, and soon will command a much more prominent position.
Because there is no “team”, every individual who buys into the vision of Ryoshi and TSUKA; they each hold their own powers of interpretations as to what is important. The sangha does not look for competitors, because that is ultimately not the focus. As for SWOT analysis, it really boils down to the individuals own heart condition. What is important to them? What sets Tsuka Sangha apart from the other communities in this space? That’s what the man/woman in the mirror must ask themselves. Only then, will the focus and motive be in the right place. The sangha has one goal and that is to continue to build itself up into the most positive, loving, free-flowing, communities in the entire space that balances both in real life benefits of meditation while being incorporated into the world of DeFi. If everyone can comprehend the vision that Ryoshi set out when he created TSUKA, it will reach mainstream media and all of the masses. TSUKA has an unlimited amount of potential and the only limitation is one's own understanding or failure to recognize the sheer power this simple, yet unconventional token will do for the world over time.
Segment 3: Live Questions on Telegram
Question 1 from Telegram user @Adrianna_pressley: Where can I get all the latest news about ? Do you have a Twitter/Telegram/Discord community? If yes can you share the link here because there are a lot of fake telegram/twitter groups?
Jefferson: Every week, we post a TSUKA Newsletter on our Twitter page.
Question 2 from Telegram user @Antonepurdy: Audit is important for both trust and security. Have you done any audit of smart contracts?
Jefferson: TSUKA has been audited, it’s SAFU. In addition, individuals have had their private legal teams review it and afterwards became top whales.
Question 3 from Telegram user @Ceciliaroper: From where you get the project name? What does it mean to you? And why did you choose this name for your project? What is your mission and vision to build this project? What do you want to achieve in future??
Jefferson: TSUKA is a cipher of Tsangyon Heruka, Milarepa’s biographer. This is crucial because it provides further proof that Ryoshi launched. Remember- TSUKA was launched on May 26 and @RyoshiResearch changed his PFP on Twitter to Milarepa on May 30. He is bringing in the diggers and researchers. “Private past $1” the dev wrote on-chain. we will see what that means soon won’t we?
Question 4 from Telegram user @Irvin_reich: What are plans for global expansion? Are you focusing on the market at this time or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?
Ivani: The community was born on Telegram and Crypto Twitter, but it has already started expanding beyond those platforms. For 2023, a huge part of the active community is working on building a presence and brand awareness on every single social media platform, including retail-oriented ones such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. all around the world.
The community is growing beyond the English-speaking world already, and as it keeps growing, various language channels will be created.
Along with new listings (with a goal of being listed on every major crypto exchange), we are reaching out to communities in Asia, Africa and the Americas.
Global expansion is indeed Nr. 1 on our list for 2023!
Question 5 from Telegram user @FerneCurry1999: Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to join your project? Because the success of a project attracts more investors who haven't yet entered the crypto world. What are the plans to raise awareness about your project in the non-crypto space.
Elleteeh: Excellent question. There's nothing greater than spreading information by word of mouth. The more people grow to a strong understanding of what TSUKA offers as we discussed, the more conviction it shows through their conversations and interactions with their friends, family, and even strangers. Those who have yet to dabble into the world of crypto will look for safe passage and TSUKA is written with purity in mind. The way awareness can be raised is to continue to foster a mindset of spreading the values of TSUKA by continuing to be engaged and welcoming others to be a part of this great movement.
